Corrections and changes
Policy
When a figure on a page is wrong, the page is corrected in place, its "Updated" date changes, and the change is logged below with the date. When a source is superseded, the page is re-verified and its "Last verified" date changes; if nothing on the page changed, the "Updated" date does not. How to report an error is on thecontact page.
